By requesting a quotation, placing an order, booking a repair, or contracting our installation services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services & Products Scope

ASR Global Solutions specializes in the fabrication, supply, installation, automation, maintenance, and emergency repair of high-quality roller shutter systems across Malaysia, including:

• Commercial and industrial motorized and manual roller shutters.
• Heavy-duty steel, galvanized iron, and lightweight aluminum shutters.
• Transparent polycarbonate roller shutters for retail outlets and shopping malls.
• Fire-rated roller shutter doors complying with local fire safety specifications.
• Motor replacements, remote control receiver systems, sensor upgrades, and spring adjustments.

3. Quotations & Pricing

• Quotation Validity: All official quotations issued by ASR Global Solutions are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Currency: All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Variations: Quotations are formulated based on provided dimensions or preliminary site measurements. Any subsequent modifications in opening dimensions, material specifications, or structural requirements requested by the client may incur price revisions.

4. Payment Terms

Unless expressly agreed in writing under a commercial contract, standard payment milestones are as follows:

• Deposit: A deposit (typically 50% of the total quoted amount) is required upon confirmation of order to commence custom fabrication and procurement of materials.
• Final Balance: The remaining balance (50%) is due immediately upon successful installation, testing, and handover at the customer's site.
• Service & Repair Calls: Payment for on-site diagnostic inspection, parts replacement, and emergency repair work is payable upon completion of service.

5. Site Readiness & Installation

While our team takes reasonable precautions during fabrication and installation, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by site inaccessibility, incomplete structural framing by third-party contractors, or restricted premises access permits.

6. Custom Orders & Measurements

Roller shutter curtains, slats, guides, and barrel assemblies are precision custom-manufactured to the specific structural dimensions of your premises. Once fabrication has commenced following customer confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled or returned for a cash refund.

7. Warranty & Maintenance

We take pride in our workmanship and utilize high-grade components. Our warranty coverage includes:

• Workmanship Warranty: We provide a warranty covering installation craftsmanship for a specified period from the date of handover.
• Motor & Electrical Components: Motor units and automated controls carry the standard manufacturer warranty against factory defects.

8. Cancellations & Alterations

Requests for cancellations or changes must be made in writing via WhatsApp or email prior to the cut-off date for material fabrication. In the event of order cancellation after fabrication has commenced, the client remains liable for incurred material and manufacturing costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Malaysian law, ASR Global Solutions and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from delay in installation due to severe weather conditions, supply chain interruptions, or force majeure events beyond our direct control.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
